We want you to love your AI-generated pet portrait. If you're not completely satisfied with your artwork, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive your digital artwork or physical print.

Digital Artworks

For digital AI-generated portraits delivered via email:

  • Full Refund: Available within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the final artwork
  • How to Request: Email us at hello@pawtraits.io with your order number and reason for the refund request
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Physical Prints

For physical prints of AI-generated portraits:

  • Return Window: 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, unused and undamaged
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • Damaged Items: If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

Exclusions

Please note that refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day return period
  • Digital files that have been extensively edited or modified by the customer
  • Physical prints that show signs of use, damage, or alterations
  • Custom requests where the final artwork accurately reflects the specifications provided

Revision Requests

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to reach out about revision options. We offer one free revision to ensure you're happy with your AI-generated portrait. Additional revisions may be subject to a fee.

  2. Provide Details: Include your reason for the return and any relevant photos (for physical prints)
  3. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
  4. Return Instructions: For physical items, we'll provide return shipping instructions upon approval
  5. Refund Processing: Once approved (and physical items received), refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
